My wife and I recently purchased a Honda Jazz from Matthew Giles. From the outset we were made to feel special and he was most helpful in talking us through what requirements we had regarding a car. Matthew advised us that he would review our requirements and let us know when he had found a suitable car. A week or 2 later, Mathew showed us a Honda Jazz. The car suited the needs of my wife. He advised that the car would be made ready for sale – tidying up an alloy wheel and having the car fully serviced. We were allowed to take the car on a full test drive and we were more than happy to purchase the car. A week or so later the car was ready. Mathew delivered the car to our house, which was very kind of him. Mathew was recommended to us by someone who we trust emphatically. We have not been let down. Really professional small business. Communication is great. The car was really reasonably priced. The car had no imperfections in or out that wasn't already stated. Matthew went out his way to make sure that the car was in perfect working condition. The sale was a week turnaround and included a new MOT and extras that needed doing.
Just recently bought a Mitsubishi L200 from Matthew, can’t recommend him enough. Very professional and polite throughout the whole process. The vehicle is an 09 plate so obviously had a few age related marks, he pointed them all out straight away not trying to hide a thing. He promised to fix a small dent, tidy up some paintwork on the alloys and fit new front brake pads & discs, all of this was carried out to a high standard. I was kept up to date throughout the process so I knew when it was ready to collect, and when I turned up it had been freshly washed and presented fantastically. Thanks very much Matthew
Bought 6 weeks ago a very nice 320 BMW xdrive from Giles Cars. From the 1st contact to the handover the communication & service was excellent, Matt the owner was always on time and very pro active with his communication. Even more important to mention is that he cared really excellently to find a tricky error, which came up after I took the car home. I felt all the time supported with an excellent service. Error was found and sorted with no issues. Can fully recommend Giles Cars.

First time ever buying a car online. Had just googled model of car and came up on generic online site. Thought probably waste of time as Dealership in Dorset and I'm North East Scotland. However Giles Cars Ltd not phased and owner, Matthew, had clearly done this before and was happy to look into options which were fed back quickly. When decided to go ahead with part exchange, he arranged delivery and collection, keeping me informed, updated and reassured through whole process. The car itself was presented immaculately, sparkling inside and out. Delivered on trailer by equally friendly and professional driver, at time agreed with text of ETA. Very honest discussion and feedback from first email enquiry. Whole thing was done via email, texts, phone calls as suited me, in about 8 days. Best car buying experience ever. I have just purchased a 2015 Honda Jazz with 61000 miles and FSH. It looks as if it has just come from a Honda showroom. What a brilliant buying experience, main dealers need to take notes how to prepare their vehicles. Matthew deserves all the credit for his honest and open way he dealt with our exchange and the way his vehicles are immaculately presented.
Like the many other reviewers I have nothing but praise for Mathew Giles. We have had the Honda 1.8 for a month now, it is immaculate, as was the care that Mathew took in his dealings with us. I have found him a man of integrity. The car was for my son who is delighted with it and I contacted Matthew to assure him when I decide to change my own car, within the next two years, I will turn first to him. Probably the most enjoyable purchase of a car I have made.
Purchased a Smart Fortwo from Giles Cars Ltd remotely after seeing the car advertised on their website. Transaction completed very professionally on line, documents e-mailed etc. The car was delivered to my home on a day and time that suited me. The car was immaculately presented, fully serviced and with a new MoT. Very satisfied.
